We work with children and families and we have some very kind ladies who knit scarves, slippers, hats and other things that are given to children for free. If anyone has any extra or left over knitting wool we would very much appreciate it. Dannevirke Community Toy Library New Opening Hours. The Dannevirke Community Toy Library is located in the front room of the AMP Wai Splash Indoor Pool Complex, 35 York Street, Dannevirke. Opening hours are: Wednesday 2.30-5.30pm, Thursday & Friday 9.30-11.30am.
